Job Description:
• Building business relationships with new and potential clients across India
• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
• Creating and maintaining database of prospect clients; maintaining database (MS Word, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
• Collaborating with ReportingHead on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
• Create efficient & effective lead conversion strategies
• Must be willing to travel up to 50 percent of the time to meet clients face to face or over the phone
• Proactively follow ups from clients
• Database Management and regularly update
• Excellent Communication skills and Interpersonal skills
• Must be result oriented, aggressive enough to achieve the defined targets.
Eligibility Criteria
For Executive: 2-3 years experience
For Manager: 5-7 years experience
For Head: 8-10 years experience
Candidates will be only preferred from Plastic Waste Management Industry
